(PCC)Can someone please explain what militant democracy is? Harvard Professors and a growing number of civic leaders are calling for all-out war, and they aren’t joking!
Harvard professors Daniel Ziblatt and Steven Levitsky warn if Donald Trump wins, democracy will not survive and America will cease to exist.
They are calling for “militant democracy” in order to stop the ascent of former President Donald Trump. However, their demands contradict democracy itself, potentially jeopardizing fundamental democratic values in the process of defending them.
A historic temper tantrum is brewing, and here is what to expect:
- State representatives will refuse to certify Trump’s election.
- Militant Democrats organizers will start and led violent nationwide temper tantrums.
- Numerous cities burned, looted, and gutted beyond repair.
- Homes and families of winning candidates will be destroyed
- Assassinations will be tried
- Executions of perceived democracy violators will be attempted
- Demo-Mobs will take control of radio, TV, and internet communication stations.
- Mobs will attack MAGA leaders
- Cyber-attacks funded by liberals and aided by foreign countries
- Collaboration with America’s adversaries to destabilize regions of the US and establish them as new democratic territories
- ……..this is just the first week of their tantrum!
A word of prophecy? – In the spirit of “The enemy of my enemy is my friend,” liberals will unite with America’s most deadly enemies. In other words, they hate Trump and MAGA; Hamas and others hate Trump; therefore, Liberals and terrorists will become best friends, untied in a common cause to STOP TRUMP BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE so they can protect democracy!
TODAY! Democrat leaders are sending out the call for all Democratic Americans to take aggressive and forceful action to protect democracy. A.K.A. Civil War! Their remedy makes sense to them. Use force if democracy turns against them to restore their version of democracy (totalitarianism).
Many liberal think tanks are considering modeling American society after post-World War II Germany, where the government had the authority to censor or outlaw speech and political groups that endangered constitutional democracy. Known as “militant democracy,” this tactic allows authorities to thwart what they perceive to be anti democratic movements before they gain too much clout.
By granting the government the right to decide whether ideas are “anti democratic,” Levitsky and Ziblatt are creating a precipice where individuals in positions of power could suppress any resistance they find unpopular.
Instead of upholding the democratic process, Levitsky and Ziblatt are advocating for drastic measures to prevent someone they disagree with from winning through legitimate democratic elections.
Strong-arming mobs to protect democracy will lead to a left-wing political collapse, jeopardizing the system they claim to support. If they cannot bear the prospect of Trump’s victory again, they run the risk of dissolving democracy in the name of its preservation. In their attempts to stop totalitarianism, they may end up becoming the very thing they fear most.
Final Word: America has checks and balances and has withstood civil wars, assassinations, impeachments, and corrupt governments for a very long time. Therefore, the Left will throw a historic temper tantrum, causing death and nationwide destruction. It will begin by advocating for drastic measures such as militant democracy, which will ultimately lead to the implementation of permanent martial law.
