Alert: California Attorney General Considering Treasonous Response To Trump’s Border Enforcement

(Tea Party PAC) – What is happening to our nation? Would you ever have imagined so much resistance to the simple enforcement of our sovereign borders?

In all the hysteria over Trump’s response to would-be illegal border crossers this week, the absolute insanity of the anti-American left has been on full display, and now California’s top law enforcement officer is considering taking legal action against the Trump administration for doing something perfectly legal, humane, and responsible.

No presidential administration should ever have to fight so hard to secure our border and ensure that no one gets into our nation unless we say they can.

Is that difficult to understand?

In an interview with Reuters Wednesday, Democratic California Attorney General Xavier Becerra explained that he is currently considering whether or not he should take legal action against the Trump administration for using tear gas over the weekend to control violent mobs that tried to rush the San Ysidro entry point.

“We have been approached by folks who have expressed complaints,” he explained. “We are monitoring what’s occurring.”

Unfortunately for him and his uninformed constituents, there might not actually be much he can do.

The only ground Becerra would be able to stand on, he explained, would be if Californians had somehow been negatively impacted by the border agents’ use of tear gas.

“I can’t act unless the rules are on our side,” Becerra said (wow, if only the migrants felt that way, we wouldn’t be talking about this!).

This is not Becerra’s first rodeo against Trump administration immigration policies.

He’s challenged him before, intervening for DACA recipients after Trump ended the program via executive action, the same way Obama began it during his presidency.

Fox News also reports that just days before Becerra said he might consider legal action, Trump defended the use of tear gas at the border, saying they would do so again, if necessary.

“They had to use it; they were being rushed by some very tough people. And so they used tear gas. Here’s the bottom line: No one’s coming into our country unless they come in legally.” he explained to reporters on Monday.

He also explained that while he is currently discussing how best to handle the migrant caravans with the Mexican government, shutting down the border is not off the table.

“Mexico wants to see if they can get it straightened out, but we’ve during certain times closed the border. They’re not coming into the United States. They will not be coming into our country,” Trump explained.
