ALERT: Governor Makes Stunning Admission About COVID Hospitalizations

(Tea Party PAC) – When former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo left office in disgrace and Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul took over, nothing much changed for New York. If anything, Hochul may be even just a touch more power-hungry and tyrannical than Cuomo was, if you can believe it.

However, Hochul is proving that maybe, just maybe, she can be reasonable.

The Governor recently acknowledged that COVID hospitalization numbers have been unnecessarily and dishonestly inflated due to the fact that hospitals are testing everyone who comes in for COVID.

Now, Gov. Hochul has announced that hospitals must now provide clarity as to whether patients came to the hospital due to COVID symptoms or because of another health issue.

Saying she wants to “always be honest with New Yorkers about how bad this is,” Hochul said the state had reached “a critical moment” and “we’re going to start asking some questions.”

“We talked about the hospitalizations. I have always wondered, we’re looking at the hospitalizations of people testing positive in a hospital,” she said Monday. “Is that person in the hospital because of COVID or did they show up there and are routinely tested and showing positive and they may have been asymptomatic or even just had the sniffles?”

She gave the example of someone being in a car accident and ending up in the emergency room where they are then tested for COVID and end up being positive.

Last week, New York state’s acting health commissioner was forced to admit during a news conference with Hochul that she had been intentionally misleading parents in regards to the magnitude of hospitalizations for COVID among children.

She explained that she was trying to make parents fearful so that they would be “motivated” to get their children vaccinated.

Apparently, COVID is so dangerous and scary health officials have to lie in order to create fear so people will get the vaccines.

Hochul then took it upon herself to call around to different hospitals and what she found was about a 20% to 50% difference in patients being treated for COVID as opposed to patients there for other reasons who tested positive for the virus.

A CDC study published back in July found that 95% of those hospitalized for COVID had at least one underlying medical condition.

The most common conditions were essential hypertension (50.4%), disorders of lipid metabolism (49.4%) and obesity (33%). The data were drawn from hospitalized patients aged 18 years or older with COVID-19 from March 2020 through March 2021 in more than 800 U.S. hospitals.

In other words, if you’re a healthy individual, COVID is a very little threat to you. A little fact the left doesn’t want you to know.

Good for Gov. Hochul for being willing to deal with more accurate and honest numbers.
