ALERT: Judge Announces Jussie Smollett’s Sentence

(Tea Party PAC) – Actor and convicted “hate crime” hoaxer Jussie Smollett learned his fate on Thursday after a jury found him guilty of concocting an attack against himself and making false police reports in what seems to be an attempt to pump up his publicity and garner sympathy for himself. This guy is a true sociopath, folks.

According to The Western Journal, Judge James Linn handed Smollett a 150 day jail sentence, plus 30 months of probation. The actor has also been ordered to pay out $120,000 in restitution along with a $25,000 fine.

Smollett faced a potential sentence of up to three years in prison, according to a report from the New York Post.

The disgraced actor was convicted back in December on five out of six counts of felony disorderly conduct, a charge which was applied to filing false police reports under Illinois law.

“I am innocent, and I am not suicidal,” Smollett went on to say after he was given his sentence. “If I did this then it means that I stuck my fist in the fears of the black Americans in this country for over 400 years and the fears of the LGBTQ community.”

“Your honor, I respect you and I respect the jury, but I did not do this. I am not suicidal, and if anything happens to me when I go in there, I did not do it to myself,” he stated.

Yeah, I think this guy needs to be put on suicide watch immediately. It seems there’s nothing Smollett won’t do or say in order to get more attention from the general public. He’s probably eating all of this up right now.

“Before sentencing, defense attorney Tina Glandian argued that Smollett’s case should have been dismissed due to errors made by the court,” the report said. “Special prosecutor Sean Wieber dismissed those claims, accusing Smollett and his lawyers of pinning the blame for his conviction on everyone but themselves.”

As if the outburst he launched into after receiving his sentence wasn’t enough, apparently he showed up late to the courthouse for his sentencing. His bodyguards have also been accused of manhandling reporters outside the building.

Another report from The Western Journal says, “In one video posted to social media, Smollett is seen walking toward the courthouse through the media scrum. Newsweek’s Jackie Winchester reported that he showed up about 10 minutes late.”

His bodyguards led the way, pushing and shoving along the way, saying “Make a hole, make a hole.” Another of his bodyguards asked the crowd to “give us space, please.”

That’s when the shoving started.

“Hey, don’t shove me, man,” someone stated. Another person said, “You just knocked a man over!”

“A man with a camera can be seen on the ground in the video. Another man helped him up as the Smollett entourage moved forward without missing a step,” the WJ report said.

There was another bout of pushing as the group got close to the door of the courthouse.

“Smollett originally had his charges dropped, with a far-left Cook County prosecutor letting him off the hook for the false police reports that cost the Chicago Police Department hundreds of thousands of dollars,” the report claimed.

A special prosecutor was then given the task of looking into Kim Foxx’s refusal to prosecute Smollett and ended up refiling the charges.

This guy is going to be going to Cook County Jail. From what we hear, that’s a pretty rough place to be. Good luck, Jussie. You’re going to need it.
