Anticlimactic End To Huber Investigation Raises Questions Of Fraud, Corruption

(Tea Party PAC) – The investigation launched into Hillary Clinton’s private email server use in November of 2017 by the DOJ has ended with no criminal charges.

If you know anything about the evidence that has pile dup that the former Secretary of State was engaged in some serious criminal activity, you probably smell a rat.

One-time Attorney General Jeff Sessions appointed Huber to the case, but he never interviewed any of the key figures involved in the scandal after two-plus years of supposed investigation.

Key whistleblowers were never interviewed, and what’s more, their evidence was lost during the clearly inadequate investigation.

In December of 2018, the House Oversight Subcommittee on Government Operations held a hearing on Capitol Hill on the activities of the Clinton Foundation.

Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC), the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Government Operations, led this hearing.

Two whistleblowers from the Clinton Foundation spoke at the hearing, along with Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton, who has been at the helm of discovery for some of the most explosive revelations about the Clinton emails scandal.

Meadows told the audience at the beginning of the hearing that the Department of Justice was unwilling to make Huber available for the hearing.

That’s insane!

Huber was slated to head the investigation by Sessions to look into the well-documented activities between the Clinton State Department and her “charity,” the Clinton Foundation.

Witness John Moynihan and witness Lawrence Doyle claimed that the Clinton Foundation had been using funding in the Clinton Health Initiative for tips for expenditures for personal use.

The witnesses said during the hearing that they had sent their evidence to Huber three times because the investigation kept “losing” it.

What on earth was going on here?!

Then, the Huber investigation suddenly became interested in the evidence when they heard that these men had been going before Congress.

Rep. Meadows: Why do you think Mr. Huber waited until November 30th to call you about 4 letters you had sent prior?

Mr. Moynihan: I don’t know.

Rep. Meadows: Why do you think Mr. Huber waited until November 30th to call you about 4 letters you had sent prior?

Mr. Moynihan: I don’t know.

The first set of documents that had been sent to them were lost.

Rep. Meadows: So you’re telling me that on November 30th they called you back and they couldn’t find the first two submissions you had made to the Department of Justice and Mr. Huber? That they wanted you to send them again? That’s what you’re telling me?

Mr. Doyle: We’re concluding that ourselves. That’s what we’re concluding.

In May 2019 Attorney General Bill Barr, who replaced Jeff Sessions, told CBS News that John Huber had NEVER EVEN STARTED his investigation.

They never looked at anything.

It was all a dog-and-pony show by Jeff Sessions.
