BREAKING: Another Conservative Republican Seriously Considering 2024 Run For President

(Tea Party PAC) – After former president Donald Trump made it official that he was running for the nation’s highest office again in 2024, there’s been a feeling that he would be the Republican nominee but the race for the party’s nomination might soon be getting interesting.

Not all within the Republican Party are ready to simply throw their support behind Trump, especially when so many conservative rock stars have emerged over the course of the last six years.

There’s been talk of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis possibly making a bid for the White House and now another Republican warrior from the opposite coast just might be throwing his hat in the ring.

Nationally syndicated radio talk-show host, best-selling author and WND columnist Larry Elder discussed the possibility with Megyn Kelly on her SiriusXM show.

Elder attempted to defeat California Governor Gavin Newsom’s in the state’s recall attempt but was unsuccessful. Whether his defeat was legitimate or not is a topic for another day.

“Wait a minute,” said Kelly. “You just slipped a little news in there. Are you actually thinking about running for president?”

“Yes, I am,” Elder responded.

“I’m going to probably announce if I decide to do it at the end of March, early April. I’ve been to Iowa about four or five times the last month. I’ve been to New Hampshire.

“I met a lot of people. I’m meeting with donors. I am really strongly giving it consideration. It isn’t because I want to derail Trump or DeSantis or anybody else who decides to run.”

DeSantis has not announced his intentions to run though he also hasn’t stated he’s not going to run.

The self-proclaimed “Sage from South Central,” referring to his Los Angeles background, went on: “We all know what the issues are. They are inflation. They are energy independence. They are the borders. They are the poor education kids are getting in the inner city.

But I want to bring to the table two things. The first is the centrality of having fathers in the home that we don’t talk enough about. And the second is, I think I can debunk this lie about systemic racism because I’m from the hood. My father grew up in Athens, Georgia during real Jim Crow South.”

“I think I can debunk this notion in a more passionate and I think credible way than maybe anybody else can. So I’m running for all those reasons if I decide to run.”

Elder would certainly debunk the systemic racism lie for those who want to see it but there will still be droves of Democratic voters who won’t be able to or who outright refuse to see the forest for the trees.

The fact that the US has had a black president already has done nothing to quell racial tensions. As a matter of fact, Barack Obama only fueled them. However, he was a radical leftist whereas Elder is an American-loving conservative. He just might have what it takes to expose the left’s lies concerning race and equality in America once and for all.

The contest to become the 2024 Republican presidential nominee could be getting really interesting, real soon.
