Devin Nunes’ Gets Very Good News On His Lawsuit Against Twitter, But Here’s Why It’s Good News For All Of Us

(Tea Party PAC) – For far too long, Big Tech companies have been freely allowed to disproportionately discriminate against conservatives, Christians, and anyone who dares to use their platforms to convey information that threatens their preferred narrative.

While groups like Antifa and jihad recruiters are allowed to freely call for violence against anyone they disagree with, patriots are silenced, shadow-banned, or full-on booted from networks like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and elsewhere simply for posting content that supports border control, patriotism, or Western values.

This is no small matter.

These companies may be private, but if you don’t think their loose, arbitrary application of the red-letter accusation of “hate speech” won’t spread to the public realm if we don’t do something fast, you’ve got another thing coming.

Fortunately, there are passionate patriots and defenders of free speech out there who refuse to stand idly by while our rights are eroded.

Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA0) is one of these people, and he has been pursuing a lawsuit against Twitter for their mistreatment of him on the platform.

On Tuesday, Nunes informed Tucker Carlson’s audience on Fox News that a federal judge has agreed with him that Twitter can be held accountable.

This is very good news!

Rep. Devin Nunes: Thankfully a judge now decided to agree with us that Twitter can be held accountable for its actions, for its negligence. So as many people know who have been on Twitter, especially if you’re a conservative, it’s quite often that things ‘randomly happen to you.’ You lose followers, some people can’t see what you post on Twitter, you get shadowbanned. In my case what was happening is they were allowing hundreds of accounts to slander and defame me on a daily basis. It was almost a minute-by-minute basis. Finally a judge said, “OK Twitter that’s it.” rejected all of their arguments. And now that case is going to move forward in Virginia. I think Americans understand that Twitter is a public company.

In March, Nunes sued the tech giant for $250 million in damages for censoring conservatives.

According to a 2018 study by the decidedly left-wing VICE News, Twitter is censoring pro-Trump lawmakers like Nunes.

Twitter is also targeting other GOP lawmakers, like Matt Gaetz, Mark Meadows, Jim Jordan and John Ratcliffe with the same shadowbanning technique they apply to other conservatives.

Twitter has also notoriously censored or straight-up banned conservatives like Mike Cernovich, Jack Posobiec, Paul Joseph Watson, Jim Hoft, Cristina Laila, and Cassandra Fairbanks of the Gateway Pundit, and Laura Loomer.
