House Democrats Planning This Huge Move In Impeachment Inquisition

(Tea Party PAC) – The House Democrats are running an unconstitutional, Soviet-style impeachment attempt against President Donald Trump, whom they have been trying to get impeached for years.

So is it that much of a shocker that they don’t care there’s no evidence of any crime being committed?

In spite of this, House Democrats have reportedly weighed drafting three articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump based on the so-called “whistleblower’s” second-hand information about the infamous July Trump-Zelensky phone call on which the impeachment inquiry is based.

According to ABC News, the Democrats are evaluating articles charging the president with abuse of power, obstruction of justice, and contempt of Congress.

This is all based on Trump’s phone call with Ukranian President Volodymyr Zelensky in which they discussed former Vice President Joe Biden and the question of US aid that was withheld from the nation earlier this year, but it has been exhaustively demonstrated that one had nothing to do with the other.

The Democrats are also claiming that the president obstructed justice and should be held in contempt of Congress for ignoring congressional subpoenas for documents and witness testimony.

“They have also weighed an obstruction of justice charge centered on the president’s efforts to obstruct former special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation,” ABC News reports.

The news that Democrats had considered the articles of impeachment comes as former National Security Adviser John Bolton chose not to be interviewed by congressional investigators on Thursday.

An attorney for Bolton said that his client had not received a subpoena. The attorney, Charles Cooper, has said in the past that Bolton would not appear without one.

A House Intelligence committee official said that the panel is not interested in being locked in a drawn-out fight over a subpoena for Bolton and will instead add the White House’s instructions to him not to testify to their supposed “evidence” of his obstruction of Congress.

While Bolton did not show up to the Capitol on Thursday, an aide to Vice President Mike Pence was present to speak to impeachment investigators.

Jennifer Williams, a career foreign service officer who was detailed to Pence’s office by the State Department, complied with a subpoena to appear.

Pence, however, stood by the president while speaking to reporters in New Hampshire, saying that if Americans read the transcript of the call they will see clearly that “there was no quid pro quo, the president did nothing wrong.”

He also slammed the impeachment inquiry as a “disgrace.”

Breitbart adds that “Investigators are wrapping up the private interviews as they prepare to start public hearings next week. House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) announced Wednesday that three State Department witnesses will appear in two hearings next Wednesday and Friday: top Ukraine diplomat William Taylor, career department official George Kent, and Marie Yovanovitch, the former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine.”
