House Republicans Are About To Deliver Some Bad News To Whistleblower, Alexandra Chalupa, And Hunter Biden; Schiff Already Sweating

(Tea Party PAC) – Everyone has been watching the circus sideshow that is the public impeachment hearings, a coup attempt by radical liberals in the government who want nothing more than to see President Trump tossed out of the White House before the 2020 election.

It’s clear they don’t want to face him. They’re so scared of him that they’re trying to pull off this insanely thin impeachment business right out in the open as if they no longer care about trying to hide their intentions.

Well, the GOP is about to start striking back. The Republican Party is planning to subpoena the whistleblower, Hunter Biden, and Democratic National Committee contractor Alexandra Chalupa, according to a letter that was sent to House Intel Committee Chair Adam Schiff.

Via Breitbart:

“Although Speaker Pelosi promised that Democrats would ‘treat the President with fairness,’ you have repeatedly prevented Republicans from fully and fairly examining issues central to the Democrats’ ‘impeachment inquiry,’” House Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Devin Nunes (R-CA) and Oversight and Reform Committee Ranking Member Jim Jordan (R-OH) wrote in a November 20, 2019, letter.

“We therefore write to inform you that we intend to subpoena testimony and records in an attempt to inject some semblance of fairness and objectivity into your one-side and partisan inquiry,” they said.

On the whistleblower, they wrote that the whistleblower’s testimony is “necessary for a full and fair understanding of all relevant facts.” They wrote:

The Inspector General of the Intelligence Community reported that the whistleblower had a political bias against President Trump and public reports suggest that the whistleblower worked closely with former Vice President Joe Biden. In addition, there are multiple discrepancies between the whistleblower’s complaint — the piece of evidence central to the Democrat’ inquiry — and the closed testimony of the witnesses. For these reasons, we must assess the whistleblower’s credibility and the sources he or she utilized to develop the anonymous complaint.

On Biden, they wrote that since witnesses raised the issue of Hunter Biden getting paid $50,000 per month for sitting on the board of a Ukrainian natural gas company that was under investigation, learning more about it would be “directly relevant to the inquiry”:

According to the New York Times, Hunter Biden was ‘part of a broad effort by Burisma to bring in well-connected Democrats during a period when the company was facing investigations backed not just by domestic Ukrainian forces but by officials in the Obama administration.’ Reports suggest that Burisma paid Hunter Biden $50,000 per month through a company called Rosemont Seneca Bohai LLC. Because witnesses explained that Hunter Biden’s presence on Burisma’s board raised concerns during the Obama Administration and President Trump briefly raised this issue during his phone call with President Zelensky, this information is directly relevant to the Democrats’ ‘impeachment inquiry.’

On Chalupa, they also wrote that her testimony would be “directly relevant” since witnesses have testified that Trump believed the Ukrainians “tried to take [him] down”:

In August 2016, less than three months before the election, Valeriy Chaly, then-Ukrainian Ambassador to the United States, authored an op-ed in a U.S. newspaper criticizing candidate Trump. In addition, in January 2017, Politico reported about Ukrainian government’s effort to ‘sabotage’ the Trump campaign in 2016 by working closely with the media and a Democratic National Committee consultant named Alexandra Chalupa. The Politico article detailed how Chalupa ‘traded information and leads’ with staff at the Ukrainian embassy and how the Ukrainian embassy ‘worked directly with reporters researching Trump, [Trump campaign manager Paul] Manafort, and Russia to point them in the right directions.’ Because witnesses testified that President Trump believed that Ukraine ‘tried to take [him] down’ in 2016, this information is directly relevant to the Democrats’ ‘impeachment inquiry.’

Nunes and Jordan concluded:

The American people see through your sham ‘impeachment inquiry.’ The American people understand how you have affirmatively prevented Republicans from examining serious issues directly relevant to the issues. Therefore, to provide some basic level of fairness and objectivity to your ‘impeachment inquiry,’ we intend to subpoena the anonymous whistleblower and Hunter Biden for sworn testimony in closed-door depositions. We also intend to subpoena the following entities for record relevant to the Democrats’ ‘impeachment inquiry’:

1. The whistleblower for documents and communications relating to the drafting and filing of the complaint dated August 12, 2019, and the personal memorandum drafted on or around July 26, 2019.

2. Rosemont Seneca Bohai LLC and any subsidiaries or affiliates for records relating to Hunter Biden’s position on the Board of Directors of Burisma Holdings; and

3. The Democratic National Committee for communications with Ukrainian government officials and for records relating to Alexandra Chalupa.

“We look forward to your prompt concurrence. Your failure to concur with all of these subpoenas shall constitute evidence of your denial of fundamental fairness and due process,” they wrote.

At this point, the real question is whether or not Schiff, who has the power to approve or reject witnesses being called up for the impeachment hearings, will allow these individuals to testify.

The chances of him allowing the whistleblower to be called is pretty slim, but the others? That’s up in the air, though it’s unlikely to be a “yes.” The Democratic Party is dedicated to trying to take the White House in 2020, and with their weak field of candidates, they need Trump out of the way to even have a chance.

Thus, they are willing to to go any length to ensure their plan works.

Guess we’ll have to see how it all goes down.

  1. Perhaps this vocal call for impeaching President Trump is just a smoke screen.

Over the years Democrats have used voter fraud to swing or influence elections. I believe this whole impeachment scam is being used to hide voter fraud in certain states to elect a Democrat President.

Part of my reasoning is based on H. Clinton failure to campaign in some northern state is because she thought she would win those states through voter fraud. Those states have been exposed in the past for bringing in out of state voters etc.

They could claim this impeachment scam swung enough votes to elect a Democrat.

  2. First a whistleblower without firsthand knowledge of the matter. Then a witness no knowledge of a crime. Secret meetings in the Capitol building basement. Violation of due process right. It’s all fabricated and is a complete farce
    Someone should investigate the investigators!

  3. First of all thank you, C W for your service to our Country and your continued service in law enforcement. You are the salt of our democratic republic. I look forward to the publishing of the mentioned book “Rape, Pillage, Plunder; America, You’ve been Had!”
One of our Founding Father’s concern was can we hold on to our democratic republic.
That’s being played out in today’s political climate i.e. “so called resistance movement” which is tearing apart the very fabric of our Constitution. In short, the failure to peacefully transfer power to the dually elected officials as provided by law.
Not to mention, the cancer of Greed, Corruption, Lies, Deceptions and lack of Morals that is rampant in today’s political scene.
    Well said C W Lauderdale.
Too much ground to cover in this reply, but, I can say that “We the People” have the power to change the direction our country is headed by Voting in every election. God bless America. God bless and guide President Trump.

  4. Without the guidance of God Almighty this is what happens to People/Politicians doing things without thinking , no preplanning gave results all negatives, bad ideas, blinded of all consequences. Ended the evil truth never prevails. Power of God is above all if you did not ask for His blessing you ended up always a losers.

  5. Of course Schiff knows the name of the person who should not be named. This is why he stopped Vindman for saying who in the Intelligence community the name of the person he spoke to besides Kent in the State Dept. Vindman and Schiff both claim they don’t know who this person is so why stop him Schiff, could it be it will catch you in one of your many lies. Kudos for Jim Jordan for bringing this up.

  6. What is amazing is Pelosi and Schiff must have known this could happen and now after destroying everything with their impeachment scam will now have to become witnesses themselves and either tell the truth or go to jail for lying. Schiff, after everything he has done is going to get hammered and after all this is said and done the least he can expect is to lose his job but hopefully will end up in prison and this is not even counting what the FBI finds about his involvement with Ed Bucks who is in jail for drugging homeless guys for his own sex games in which Schiff attended over 16 of his parties in costumes no less. Schiff is one sick puppy.

  7. If SOTH Nancy Pelosi and House Intel Committee Chair Adam Schiff do not respond positively and constructively to the letter from the House Republican leaders, I recommend that the GOP/RNC file a lawsuit against the DNC and the Democrat leadership in the House of Representatives to bring all of these people before a judge and jury to testify under oath regarding the laws that they have broken.

Make it like the OJ Simpson trial, where it is nationally televised, so we can find out all the lies that they will be giving. We will then get them for perjury and other crimes. We need to shine some light on these corrupt politicians and subversives who are attempting to bring down and destroy a duly elected president of the United States. Their soft coup d’etat must be dealt with so it never happens again to any future POTUS.

  8. C. W. Lauderdale – Always clearly-defined and well-spoken! The Progressive “Left”, be they the “Deep State”, MSM, “Academia “, and/or “Hollywood”, will apparently never learn! President Trump is nobody’s fool, and for someone with no prior military experience he has done a superb job in enticing the Left to reveal their true intentions for this country! #MAGA #KAG #TRUMP 2020!

  9. Wow..a true blue american soldier/cop. God bless you for explaining in just several paragraphs how corrupt our political and industrial military complex really is.
It is always the democratic party, since Woodrow Wilson’s presidency,
that causes the most damage to this otherwise great experiment called democracy which in history, only lasts 200 years. Fingers crossed we can extend that record.

  10. Unreal to know all the corruption that has been going on in our American government. This letter says it all and is very concise. I pray that all the bad will come out and clear this country from such malice.

Trump works very hard with no pay to help Americans and our country the USA. I cannot believe the treatment he is getting from the corrupt media and the corrupt Dems just because he won the election 2016. Trump has proven to continue his good efforts to do his job and does it very well. Thank you President Trump for all you do for all Americans and our country the USA.

Many Americans are sickened by what we watch on T.V. and also what the Demons Dems are putting our country through and also by the way they are treating our good President Trump who works himself to make his and our country the best country in the world. Yet all they give him is hell. They also give the American people hell. They are keeping our country in turmoil like they are against all of us and our country. Shame on them.

God bless President Trump, All Americans and God bless the USA.

  11. AMEN! Well said, and so true. We know how corrupted the Democrat party has become, now will the Senate put an end to this with their investigation, and will Barr and the current investigations lead to the appropriate criminal charges?
Vote the swamp rats out in 2020.

  12. They should ALL have to testify. Schiff has been monopolizing these unjust hearings with his hand-picked witnesses and has not allowed real testimony to be made.

  13. TO: Mrs. Pelosi

    cc: President Trump, Americans

    RE: Unearned Thanks

Mrs. Pelosi, please accept and relay my thanks to Mr. Schiff and all of those players in the Congress, the bureaucracy, the media, etc… who have participated in what I will simply refer to as a ‘Resistance Movement’. You and your comrades have validated without a reasonable doubt not only the 12 lessons learned that I introduced to the citizens of my community in 1989 after 26 years as a military officer and into my third year as their police chief, but the four I have added since President Trump’s election.

The lessons learned were to be the preface of a yet to be published book titled: Rape, Pillage, Plunder; America, You’ve Been Had! To date the book has not been published due to the large amount of still classified information therein. I will reveal that the book discusses the results of a Senate requested investigation as to the actual relationships between the governments of the United States, Panama, China, Russia, other nations, certain international banking organizations, and the international drug trade/money laundering. The investigation was requested to address concerns of senators regarding issues related to turning control of the Panama Canal over to the government of Panama. For your information; in addition to the names of several officials in the Carter Administration, one first term senator (J. Biden) and one state attorney general (W. Clinton) made it on to the list of individual subjects.

Please, asking for your tolerance for one final comment from an old retired cop. The events surrounding and/or occurring within the parameters the so-called Special Prosecutor (Mueller) Investigation of Russian/Trump collusion/obstruction of justice in/around the 2016 National elections were by no stretch of any DOJ and/or other federal government statutes/laws/regulations/SOP’s/etc… an investigation. It was crystal clear that all of the activities before, during, and after the Mueller affair were/are a collection of grossly screwed up attempts to maintain the power of the long established oligarchy and distract from learning the real facts surrounding the 2016 election and post election efforts to negate the 2016 presidential elections.

    A Soldier/Cop’s Lessons Learned

    1. Soldiers (ground combat soldiers, that is) do not fight first and foremost for their country, the flag, motherhood, nor apple pie. Before all else, soldiers engaged in ground combat fight for their fellow soldiers and their unit.

    2. The Seven C’s of Leadership according to a 1980 survey of 1646 of Vietnam era ground combat veterans listed of the order of their importance are; Candor, Competence, Consistency, Commitment, Courage, Compassion, and Courtesy. The reason the soldiers in the survey chose the word “candor” is because to them candor encompasses both omission and co-mission. To a combat soldier lack of absolute candor, be it co-mission or omission, are equal sins! In short, soldiers expect/demand absolute candor from their leaders before all else.

    3. The most cost effective personnel management tool for incompetent personnel assigned to leadership positions in combat units (and probably elsewhere) is “Fragging!”

    4. The American people are the most effectively lied to people in modern times thanks primarily to the American political class, the American bureaucracy, the American media, and American academia.

    5. Arrogance coupled with ignorance equals stupidity.

    6. The greatest threats to the American people are the corrupt and/or incompetent politicians/bureaucrats/academicians found at every level of government/academia, and the majority of the American so-called media.

    7. Most of the politicians/bureaucrats/academicians I have encountered during my years as a soldier/cop I most kindly refer to as; self-serving, witless, cowards.

    8. The American Profession of Arms and our brothers/sisters in blue have failed to protect the American people from all of their enemies, both foreign and most especially domestic.

    9. My guns were always turned in the wrong direction.

    10. Washington, DC is the most target rich environment I have encountered in all of my years as a soldier/cop.

    11. If recalled to active military service the only position I will accept is; Commander, Revolutionary Forces.

    12. There are only two primary requirements to be a career soldier and/or cop in America. One must be smart enough to do the work and dumb enough to take the job.

    13. American soldiers and police officers must in addition to mastering all of their professionally mandated tasks, learn to accomplish the same with at least one arm tied behind their backs and their vision impaired 50% or more. (Added 2019)

    14. After carefully watching the whole of the political class since Donald J. Trump walked down that escalator in Trump Tower to date, I can say without reservation that most of the group will sell their souls and our bodies just to remain in power. (Added 2019)

    15. Want to see what the United States of America will look like if the left takes control of the government? Take your pick, New York City, Baltimore, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or the complete package; California. (Added 2019)
    16. If the so-called resistance movement continues unchecked a number of able veterans are going to be presented with a challenge/decision. Are the American people worth another drop of our sweat and/or our blood? (Added 2019)

    Soldier/Cop/Grunt, Retired
    1. Character is to man what carbon is to steel.
    2. A man who trims himself to suit everybody will soon whittle himself away!
    3. An ounce of gold cannot buy a second of time.
    4. It is far more difficult to judge one’s self than to judge others!

    • I don’t typically read a comment that is so long, but I am glad I did today. You put into words what I have been feeling for a long time. Your #12 is spot on and makes me cry. They are such honorable professions, yet they are treated terribly by lawless people. Thank you for your insight.
