(Tea Party PAC) – If there is anyone that needs to be indicted ASAP, it’s former CIA Chief and chief architect of Spygate, John Brennan.
We now know that he unequivocally perjured himself before Congress.
On Monday, the long-awaited report from DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz on FISA abuses during the 2016 election was released.
On Wednesday, Horowitz appeared before the Senate Judiciary Committee on his findings.
The report confirmed that Brennan did, in fact, rely on the phony Steele dossier for the ICA report on the alleged Russian interference n the 2016 election and any possible connection that may have to the Trump campaign.
In May of 2017, Brennan claimed under oath that the phony dossier hadn’t factored into the Intelligence Community Assessment report on Russian interference during the 2016 presidential election.
Brennan told then-Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) when asked if the CIA had relied on the dossier, “No. Because we — we didn’t. It wasn’t part of the corpus of intelligence information that we had. It was not in any way used as a basis for the Intelligence Community assessment that was done. It was — it was not.”
He then went on to repeatedly affirm this in media interviews.
However, as The Federalist reported, on page 179 of the IG report Comey told IG investigators that he remembered having numerous discussions with Brennan during which the then-CIA Director had said that the dossier was “important” enough to include in the ICA and Comey confirmed that indeed the dossier had made up part of the “corpus of intelligence information” the agency had.
It is very significant to point out that former Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper limited the IC report for review to only three agencies rather than spend the report out to all 17 agencies for review.
This is how he was able to curate what made it into the report.
In fact, Clapper excluded the relevant agencies that had expertise on Russia, like the Department of Homeland Security and the State Department’s intelligence bureau.
According to a Real Clear Investigations report from Paul Sperry, the ICA report and the dossier both served to affirm each other.
The core of the ICA report matches the key findings of the Hillary-funded Steele dossier. It’s absolutely outrageous that Brennan would claim the dossier wasn’t used for their findings.
He’s clearly perjured himself.
Brennan even disseminated Obama’s daily briefings with parts of the dossier according to Sperry’s report:
“Brennan put some of the dossier material into the PDB [presidential daily briefing] for Obama and described it as coming from a ‘credible source,’ which is how they viewed Steele,” said the source familiar with the House investigation. “But they never corroborated his sources.”
Consistently, everything traces back to Hillary Clinton, John Brennan, and Barack Obama, the triumvirate architects of Spygate.
