Kamala Harris’ Ex-Lover Willie Brown Makes Hilarious Statement About Her Chances At Beating Trump

(Tea Party PAC) – Former mayor of San Francisco and California State Assembly speaker Willie Brown just threw his ex-girlfriend, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) under the bus along with the rest of the unimpressive lineup of 2020 contenders following the State of the Union last week.

In his weekly column for the San Francisco Chronicle, Brown wrote:

Make no mistake, President Trump’s State of the Union address was the kickoff for his 2020 re-election campaign, and so far I’ve yet to see a Democrat who can beat him.

[T]he overnight polling after the speech showed that once again, he connected with voters, at least enough voters to make him a 2020 favorite.

You can’t say the same for the Democratic contenders. They all have impressive credentials, winning personalities and positive messages, but none displays the “people personality” that our media-savvy president has mastered.

Let’s just hope Democrats can figure out that we need to go beyond the left and motivate voters across the board, just as midterm congressional campaigns did under Nancy Pelosi’s leadership.

Last month, Brown acknowledged that he had dated Harris when he was still married, and given her jobs that kick-started her political career.

Harris has taken and run with radical, unpopular left-wing policies that alienate moderate voters, like “Medicare for All” and the so-called “Green New Deal,” which she expressed support for last week despite being largely mocked for being so unrealistic and far-reaching.

Harris has also said she’d like to see private health insurance “eliminated,” a position which only 13% of Americans support.
