(Tea Party PAC) – House Intel Chairman Adam Schiff desperately tried to stop House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler from being the one who got the last word during the question and answer portion of the Senate impeachment trial on Thursday.
This is pure gold.
These two clowns have been heading up the Democrat impeachment managers, and have arguably been competing for the spotlight the whole time.
The contest is apparently over who can be the biggest hack.
On Thursday evening, before the day’s proceedings came to an end, the competition got stiff.
And despite an obvious size disadvantage and a clear lack of energy, rotund and perpetually half-asleep Nadler won the day, beating Schiff to the podium even has the CA Democrat begged for the position.
As the Senators prepared to adjourn the day’s session for the evening, Sen. Amy Klobuchar tried to submit the last question with a question card that got lost in the shuffle, Breitbart reports, which made the moment “slightly awkward.”
Klobuchar approached the desk and re-wrote her question for Chief Justice John Roberts, which asked for the House managers to respond to President Donald Trump’s impeachment lawyers before the night ended.
Nadler promptly arose and walked straight toward the podium to reply.
At this same moment, Schiff also stood up, but, when observed his colleague approaching the microphone, cried out “Jerry! Jerry! Jerry!” in a pathetic plea to be allowed to take the question instead.
Nadler completely ignored Schiff, diving into his response to the question.

“Did the president abuse his power by violating the law to withhold military aid from a foreign country, to extort that country into helping him — into helping his reelection campaign by slandering his opponent?” he asked. “That’s the only relevant question for this trial. The House managers have proved that question beyond any doubt.”
Schiff didn’t stand a chance.
After he concluded his comments, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell adjourned the Senate until Friday afternoon at 1:00 pm.
Breitbart notes that “Nadler will go down in history as the House impeachment manager that concluded the question and answer period of the impeachment trial of President Donald Trump.”
The Trump campaign responded with a hilarious tweet, inserting the Chariots of Fire soundtrack over a slow-motion edit of the video of the congressmen’s race for the chance for this historical footnote.
Jerry Nadler and Adam Schiff…
Two impeachment fanatics chasing dreams of glory…
