NBC’s Savannah Guthrie Asks Joe Biden A Question About Hunter; His Response Is Deplorable

(Tea Party PAC) – When you think of former Vice President Joe Biden, the word “touchy” probably comes to mind, though in the literal sense rather than in the figurative one. You know, given the fact Creepy Uncle Joe likes to smell hair and kiss and hug women whether they’ve given him permission to do so or not.

Well, as it turns out, he’s also a bit on the “touchy” side when it comes to his son Hunter Biden. This, of course, doesn’t come as a surprise to those of us who have been keeping with the Trump impeachment proceedings, as the activity of Biden and his son are at the heart of that very matter.

NBC’s Savannah Guthrie asked a question about Hunter recently, one which caused the elder Biden to lose his marbles and go off on her in a rather deplorable manner.

Here’s more on this from BizPacReview:

Former Vice President Joe Biden appeared to lose his temper again at questions about his son Hunter Biden’s business dealings with Ukraine.

The 2020 Democratic presidential candidate directed his wrath at NBC’s Savannah Guthrie on Monday as she remarked at the “certain irony” of how his son’s work with the Burisma gas company has gotten so much more attention due to the Democrats’ efforts to impeach President Trump.

“Has it occurred to you that there’s a certain irony here that the president has accused — has acknowledged wanting to get information about your son, Hunter, and his dealings with Ukraine. And this process of impeachment has ensured that everyone knows about Hunter’s dealings with Ukraine,” Guthrie asked Biden on the “Today” show Monday.

“That’s a good thing. And no one’s found anything wrong with his dealings with Ukraine, except they said it sets a bad image,” Biden replied.

“Well, do you agree that it sets a bad image?” Guthrie asked.

“Yeah. And my son said that,” the Democrat said.

“Do you think it was wrong for him to take that position knowing it was really because the company wanted access to you,” Guthrie pressed.

“That’s not true,” Biden shot back. “You’re saying things you don’t know what you’re talking about! No one’s said that! Who said that?!”

“Well, don’t you think that — don’t you think that it’s just one of those things that people think, well that seems kind of sleazy? Why would he have that job if not for who he his, who his father was?” Guthrie continued.

“He’s a very bright guy,” Biden said of his son.

“I guess the question I’m kind of asking is was it right?” Guthrie asked, as Biden noted the “appearance” it gave.

“Yeah. Well, he said he regretted having done it,” Biden said, followed by a moment of complete silence as Guthrie waited for him to go on. “Speaks for himself. He’s a grown man.”

“Are you going to predict a win tomorrow night?” Guthrie asked, completely switching gears.

“I don’t predict wins because I am superstitious, but I predict we’ll do very well,” the former vice president replied.

In another part of the interview, Guthrie asked Biden to clarify a comment he made about a “third term” for former President Obama.

“What is your argument to young voters who think, well, Joe Biden represents a different kind of politics that’s been done before,” Guthrie asked, causing Biden to break out into a broad grin. “Pete Buttigieg says it represents an old playbook, and so nominating you is a risky choice.”

“If this were a third term for Barack Obama, would he say it’s a risky choice?” Biden asked.

“Is that how you see it, the third term for Barack Obama?” Guthrie wondered.

“No, my point is, I see it as moving on from what we started,” he replied, touting his experience as a qualification for office.

“One of the reasons I’m running is because of my experience,” he said. “Who’s going to be ready on day one? To pick up the phone and call any world leader and they know who he is and he knows who they are.”

Wow. Talk about needing to develop a thick skin. You’d think a guy like this, who has been ridiculed plenty over the years, would understand the need for a reporter to do their job and ask the tough questions.

If he’s having trouble with these questions, just imagine how hard it will be for him to answer for things he does should he win the White House race in November?

That probably won’t happen though. At least it better not, not if we want to keep our nation growing and prosperous.
