QAnon Shaman Freed From Prison 14 Months Early Following Airing Of J6 Exculpatory Footage

(Tea Party PAC) – The truth shall set you free. There’s no debate about it. The truth always makes us free, no matter the circumstances and the truth has finally set one of the most controversial Jan. 6 figures free.

Jacob Chansley, widely known by his media-created alter-ego “QAnon Shaman,” has finally been released from prison after the truth about his actions on Jan. 6 were revealed.

Chansley, a US veteran, is now in the custody of a halfway house but is no longer being abused inside the walls of the DC gulag.

“After serving eleven months in solitary prior to his sentence being imposed, and only 16 months of his sentence thereafter, it is appropriate this gentle and intelligent young man be permitted to move forward with the next stage of what undoubtedly will be a law-abiding and enriching life,” Chansley’s former attorney, Albert S. Watkins, said in a Thursday statement to DailyMail.com. “I applaud the decision of the US Bureau of Prison in this regard.”

Chansley quickly became the face of the “insurrectionists” because of his unique garb on that day. Despite his intimidating, and even perhaps menacing, appearance Chansley was a threat to no one and his time inside the Capitol was spent walking peacefully around in the company of Capitol Police and praying in the Senate chamber.

In November 2021, he was sentenced to 41 months in prison after pleading guilty to one count of felony obstruction of an official proceeding in September. He received the longest sentence of any Jan. 6 protestor.

Watkins did not give any details regarding what led to the Shaman’s early release, only saying, “This was a decision of the US Bureau of Prisons. I cannot speak for the US Bureau of Prisons.”

Of course, we know the reason is because of mounting pressure after Fox News host Tucker Carlson showed the world the truth after his show was given exclusive access to sort through over 40,000 hours of video surveillance from the Capitol.

The Daily Mail reports:

“Federal guidelines allow for reduced prison time due to good behavior, but under those guidelines Chansley would have expected to serve at least 35 months and 22 days of his 41-month sentence.

Instead, he was transferred to the halfway house after just 27 months in prison, including the time served prior to his sentencing.”

Prior to Tucker Carlson blowing the lid right off the Democrats’ Jan. 6 narrative, it had already started to unravel after Nancy Pelosi’s daughter, who was filming a documentary about her mom at the time of the events, admitted on video that “the Shaman did nothing…”

“What did the Shaman do?” Alexandra Pelosi remarked. “He stood there. The Shaman got how many months?”

Who knew someone with the last name Pelosi could be honest?

When Carlson aired the unedited, unseen video from inside the Capitol it confirmed what many Americans already knew to be true and the case against Chansley was blown to pieces.

As previously mentioned, Chansley did nothing violent or riotous. Not only did Capitol Police peacefully walk with him but they appeared to be helping him find a way to access the Senate Chamber, where he prayed and even thanked Capitol Police for their assistance.

Democrats also wanted us to believe Chansley entered the Capitol through a broken window but Carlson also debunked that totally false narrative and showed footage of him simply walking through an open door.

Liberals and their RINO allies melted down after House Speaker Kevin McCarthy gave Carlson access to the footage.

On top of the video footage clearly exonerating Chansley, it was also noted by Watkins on “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” that the government never gave them the exculpatory video evidence.

“The government knew through three hearings, when we begged and pleaded to get this man out of solitary confinement, literally falling into an abyss mentally, and through each of those three hearings, that government assistant U.S. Attorney, knew the most important aspect of that hearing was that Jake was not violent,” Watkins asserted.

There has been an overwhelmingly positive response to the news of Chansley’s release on social media.

“So happy to hear Jacob Chansley has been released from prison early,” tweeted former model Courtney Lynne. “Now to free the rest of the J6 political prisoners.”

Finally some real justice. Perhaps the tide is changing.
