(Tea Party PAC) – If you watched President Trump’s State of the Union address Tuesday night, you were surely moved. The speech itself was inspiring but it was the people Trump recognized that made the night truly memorable. It’s one thing to oppose the President but it’s an entirely different, disturbing type of thing to show outward contempt for extraordinary Americans who have overcome insurmountable odds, put their own lives on the line for our freedoms, or experienced devastating losses.
That’s how much the Democrats are consumed by their hatred for President Trump. They are so far gone. The lowest moment of the night for Dems came when Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi shamelessly and disgracefully ripped apart the House’s copy of the State of the Union speech.
It was an impressively embarrassing display of hatred and bitterness that served to accomplish nothing except further tarnish her already suffering legacy. According to the Washington Examiner, Pelosi claims, “He shredded the truth, so I shredded his speech,” but now GOP Reps are shredding her, and justifiably so.
House Republicans aren’t letting Pelosi get away with her despicable performance without consequence. House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy has already brought a White House issued copy of the speech for the House archives which he announced in the House to Pelosi’s shame.
McCarthy also posted a brief video mocking Pelosi’s childish behavior and the left’s obnoxious impeachment mantra, “impeached for life,” on Twitter. In the video, he is seen ripping what appears to be the House’s articles of impeachment against Trump, saying, “Acquitted for life.”

The GOP isn’t stopping there though. Arizona Rep. Paul Gosar tweeted that he plans to introduce a resolution to “censure and condemn” the disgraceful Speaker of the House.
“In response to her classless outburst, I’ve decided to introduce a resolution to censure & condemn Speaker Pelosi,” Gosar tweeted Wednesday. “In a new low, she violated the Code of Official Conduct requiring Members ‘behave at all times in a manner that shall reflect creditably on the House.’”

The Washington Examiner reports:
The congressman who represents Kayla Mueller’s parents plans to introduce a resolution censuring House Speaker Nancy Pelosi for ripping apart President Trump’s State of the Union address.
“It is my honor to represent Arizona’s fourth district, which includes the family of Kayla Mueller,” Gosar told the Washington Examiner. “Speaker Pelosi’s petty outburst wasn’t cute or funny, it was a disgusting display of hatred and unbecoming of her office. Speaker Pelosi has proven she doesn’t deserve the speaker’s gavel. She didn’t just rip up a few pieces of paper, she ripped up one of the last Tuskegee Airmen, a child who survived birth at 21 weeks, the morning Mueller family, and a soldiers homecoming.”
Gosar is the congressman representing Carl and Marsha Mueller, who were guests of the president during the State of the Union. Jody Jones, another guest, whose brother was killed by an illegal immigrant, called Pelosi’s act “probably the most disrespectful thing I have ever seen in my life.”
Trump singled out the Muellers during his speech to recognize their daughter, Kayla, who was murdered at 26 by Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al Baghdadi.
The Democrats were more than happy to sit there and sneer in the face of these mourning parents and the rest of America. Shame on them and shame on House Speaker Pelosi.
