SHOCKING: Republican Congresswoman And Staffers Die In Car Crash

(Tea Party PAC) – A congresswoman from Indiana and two of her aides died in a horrific car crash on Wednesday afternoon, according to a report from The Western Journal.

Rep. Jackie Walorski passed away as a result of the accident, along with her two aides, Zachery Potts and Emma Thomson, WBND-TV said in its report on the incident.

Another motorist, Edith Schmucker, 56, also died in the collision with Walorski’s SUV.

As of this writing, what exactly unfolded in the lead up to the accident is not known. The folks at WBND have reported that it happened on a state highway near the city of Nappanee, Indiana.

Walorski first got elected to the House of Representatives back in 2012. She previously worked for the people of Indiana in the state legislature.

Many of her colleagues in Congress expressed their sympathies in response to her untimely passing.

“I’ll be praying for her family after this awful and shocking tragedy,” Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert posted in a tweet. “May God surround and comfort them all.”

Fellow Indiana Republican Rep. Jim Banks said that Walorski was “one of the greatest public servants I’ve ever known.”

“She was a good and honorable public servant,” Illinois Rep. Adam Kinzinger stated in response to the news of Walorski’s death.

Even Pete Buttigieg, the former mayor of an Indiana town who is now working as Joe Biden’s secretary of transportation, mourned Walorski’s passing.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has ordered that all flags at the Capitol be flown at half-staff.

“Walorski worked as a television reporter and in higher education before serving as a Christian missionary in Romania, going on to enter politics,” the Western Journal reported. “She is survived by her husband, Dean Swihart.”

May the Lord of Glory pour out mercy, grace, peace, and unending comfort on the family this wonderful servant of the people has left behind.
