Texas Church Shooter Proves Gun Control Laws Don’t Stop Bad Guys From Getting Guns; Here’s What We Mean

(Tea Party PAC) – Over the weekend, the impossible happened and the left-leaning media right now isn’t quite sure how to handle it. A good guy armed with a gun stopped a bad guy with a gun from killing a bunch of people in a church in Texas.

And he wasn’t the only one armed who pulled their weapon. Several other congregants were also packing guns, thus lending credibility to the stereotype that you don’t mess with Texas.

However, liberal heads are also exploding because the shooter, Keith Kinnunen, who died during the shooting, was a felon and thus was not allowed by law to own a gun. Yes, that’s right. Gun control laws failed to stop a bad guy from getting a gun.

Here’s more on this from Gateway Pundit:

The Freeway Church shooter Keith Kinnunen was gunned down on Sunday after he shot two people during the church service in Texas.

Kinnunen was arrested in 2016 after police found him in possession of a .12 gauge shotgun and rounds while in the area of the Phillips 66 refinery in Linden, New Jersey. He was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a weapon.

Convicted felons cannot own guns in Texas. A felon in Texas can own a gun but only on his premises and five years after the conviction.

Keith Kinnunen was a felon with a long police record.

By Texas law he was not allowed to own a gun.

Yet, he went into a church on Sunday and shot two people before being shot dead.

Thank God for the good guys with their guns.

No gun control laws will prevent convicted felons like Kinnunen from acquiring a firearm.

The head of church security Jack Wilson gunned down the terrorist with one shot to the head.

Jack Wilson posted a thank you on Facebook on Sunday afternoon after he gunned down the Freeway Church of Christ gunman with one shot to the head.

Jack Wilson is a church security member at the Freeway Church of Christ.

He thanked everyone for their prayers and thanked God for his role in church security where he was able so save numerous lives at the church.

I just want to thank all who have sent their prayers and comments on the events of today. The events at West Freeway Church of Christ put me in a position that I would hope no one would have to be in, but evil exist and I had to take out an active shooter in church.

I’m thankful to GOD that I have been blessed with the ability and desire to serve him in the role of head of security at the church. I am very sad in the loss of two dear friends and brothers in CHRIST, but evil does exist in this world and I and other members are not going to allow evil to succeed. Please pray for all the members and their families in this time. Thank you for your prayers and understanding.

This whole incident destroys the liberal narrative that attempts to paint guns as the problem with mass shootings and instead goes to show you that when a person is determined to carry out an act of evil, they will find a way to do it.

Evil cannot be stopped by more legislation. Murder is already illegal and yet it happens every single day. The solution, which the left will never admit, is that an armed society is a polite society. The more folks with weapons, the safer folks are. This is proof that is the truth.

Keep fighting for the Second Amendment.
