(Tea Party PAC) – Not all Democrats are lying swamp creatures. At least one Texas Democrat is willing to be honest about the crisis at the border. Rep. Henry Cuellar has no choice but to be honest about what’s really going on. Cuellar’s district is located on the US-Mexico border and he’s seeing firsthand just what a complete debacle the border situation has become.
Late Friday, the Department of Homeland Security released the numbers from September showing the border is far from “secure” as the Biden regime and other Democrats claim it is. The numbers show the highest number of illegal aliens ever encountered by DHS, a whopping 227,547 during the month of September.
The numbers also showed that Fiscal Year 2022 ended with 2,378,944 illegal alien encounters on the southern border, marking the most in DHS history. Disturbingly, there were also 98 known or suspected terrorists arrested on the southern border, which is more than the previous five years combined which only saw 26 arrested in total.
There have also been far more migrants dying in their attempts to come to the US illegally. That number was at 856, which is more than any other year on record.
The US is in the midst of a serious border crisis and the Biden regime along with the majority of Democrats absolutely refuse to acknowledge it or do anything about it.
During an appearance on “Fox News Sunday,” Cuellar was asked to respond to Kamala Harris’ recent comment that the border was “secure” and he did not hold back.
“First of all, no, the border is not secure,” Cuellar said. “When you have 1.7 million individuals last year, and now another 2.7, that’s over 4.5 million individuals encounter at the border, plus the — if you add the getaways, that’s going to be over 5 million individuals in just two years. No, the border is not secure — it’s not secured and we’ve got to make sure that we have repercussions there.”

Last month, Harris stated, “We have a secure border in that that is a priority for any nation, including ours, and our administration.”
Of course, the border is not secure and anyone with eyes can see that for themselves. You don’t even have to visit the southern border to know that it’s anything but secure.
Cuellar told “Fox News Sunday” host Shannon Bream that he attempted to warn the Biden regime back in December of 2020, prior to Biden officially taking office.
“Look, I – I’ve talked to the administration a week before the December – this was in December of 2020 and I started telling the transition team in December of 2020, this is what’s going to be happening. You all have to be ready. And if we don’t have repercussions – we can be compassionate at the border, but you’ve got to enforce the law. And if you don’t return people, then this is what you’re going to have.”
Clearly the regime did not heed Cuellar’s warning and you can be sure that it’s been intentional. Democrats have made no secret of their desire to essentially use illegal immigrants to change the demographics of America and bolster their voting base.
Ironically, record numbers of Hispanic voters are fleeing the Democratic Party because, contrary to what Democrats seem to think, Hispanic voters do care about law and order and don’t want chaos and lawlessness to take over the US.
