(Tea Party PAC) – When President Donald Trump left office on January 20th, 2021, along with him went his pro-America, pro-law-and-order policy that millions of Americans knew were the far better policies for our nation.
He was replaced by President Joe Biden, who promptly signed executive orders opening the border wide up to illegal aliens and stopped construction of a portion of Trump’s famous border wall, killing hundreds of jobs along with it.
Now, however, a Texas lawmaker has introduced a bill which would set about finishing “what Donald Trump started” on the border and securing our dangerously porous border.
On Thursday, Texas state Rep. Bryan Slaton (R-Canton) filed legislation to direct the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) to finish Trump’s border wall project using local funds.

Slaton argued that Biden should not be able to prevent the state from finishing the barrier wall started by the previous administration.
“President Trump fought to bring real border security and was opposed by Republicans and Democrats in Congress. While hundreds of miles of new wall were built under his leadership, the Biden administration has already ceased border wall construction,” Slaton explained in a statement.
“It is time for Texas to stand up and finish the work that President Trump started. Let’s finish building the border wall now,” he added.
His legislation would also require any contractor working on the wall project to use e-verify to ensure they are only hiring legal American workers.

The republicans looked the other way when they still had the Presidency, the house of Senate, and earlier, the House of Representatives. Too late for that, don’t you think so????
