Trump Approval Rating Spikes Following SOTU

(Tea Party PAC) – The President’s approval rating has jumped 7 points since Friday, February 8th.

Trump’s approval rating is now at 50%, following his epic State of the Union Address on Tuesday.

At the same point in his presidency, Barack Obama’s approval rating was 49%.

It is worthy of note, however, that while Obama’s high approval rating was achieved with the support of constantly glowing media coverage, Trump’s higher approval rating is even more significant considering the press reports on him negatively 92% of the time.

In his State of the Union address, the President had an hour and a half to speak directly to Americans about the state of our union, so it is unsurprising that his approval ratings skyrocketed when he had the chance to tell his side of the story while Democrats scowled and refused to applaud a call to ban the murder of newborn babies.

This is exactly why Nancy Pelosi tried to cancel the SOTU.
