Two New Bombshell Videos In Arbery Case Back Claims Made In Original 911 Call; Here’s What They Reveal

(Tea Party PAC) – New video evidence in the February 23 killing of Ahmaud Arbery has emerged, and it seems the footage backs up the claims made in the original 911 call made by both Gregory McMichael, 64, and his 34-year-old son, Travis McMichael who were arrested and charged with aggravated assault and murder.

As you might imagine, this particular case has brought with it the same old baggage concerning racism and other issues that folks on the left love to trump up and use to shame white folks without taking into account the whole story.

Now, that’s not to say the shooting was justified in this case. It really doesn’t appear that it was, and with that being said, if the facts prove that to be true, then these two men are deserving of punishment for taking someone’s life. Period.

We would be inconsistent conservatives, especially if we are pro-life, if we simply try to ignore this or twist up the story to fit our own narrative. That’s a tactic of the left that should never be used by us.

Anyway, the facts aren’t all in as to what happened, so it’s best to reserve judgment either way.

Here’s more from Western Journal:

Arbery, 25, was jogging in Brunswick, Georgia, on Feb. 23 when the McMichaels confronted him. Police have alleged that Travis McMichael shot and killed Arbery. Gregory McMichael has said he and his son suspected Arbery was linked to burglaries in the area, and claimed Arbery attacked them.

Cell phone video of Arbery being shot has made the case a national flashpoint.

The GBI is trying to piece together what took place before the shooting, and to do that has reviewed a home security video from the neighborhood.

“We are using video to put the timeline together to fill in the blanks of what happened that afternoon,” said Scott Dutton, GBI’s deputy director of investigations, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

“It is important to note that this footage was reviewed at the beginning of the GBI investigation and before the arrests of Gregory and Travis McMichael,” the GBI said in a statement released Saturday.

Video footage leaked to the Journal-Constitution appears to back up 911 calls that were made just prior to the shooting. The call reported that a man had entered the site of a home under construction.

A second video actually showed the man on the property being built. Another call also reported a black male running down the street.

Video taken from a home about a block away from the construction site shows a man wearing clothes that appear to match what Arbery was wearing at the time of the incident walk into house that was under construction.

The figure is small and appears first in the top right of the frame about the 13:30 mark of the video.

As the video continues, the man who appears to be Arbery reappears after several minutes (a barely visible white flash about the 14:43 mark), and runs off of view in the direction of Travis McMichael’s home, according to the Journal-Constitution.

On the day the video was taken, Glynn County 911 center got a report from a man that was identified by George Public Broadcasting as Travis McMichael.

Here’s the transcript of the call:

“And you said someone is breaking into it right now?” a 911 dispatcher said.

“No,” the man said. “It’s all open, it’s under construction. And he’s running right now! There he goes right now.”

“OK,” the dispatcher asked. “What is he doing?”

“He’s running down the street,” the caller said.

“OK. That’s fine. I’ll get them out there. I just need to know what he was doing wrong,” the dispatcher said.

A second 911 call included a comment from a man who said, “There’s a black male running down the street.”

A statement by the Arbery family’s attorney stated that the man did nothing wrong by being on the property:

“Ahmaud Arbery did not take part in any felony, had no illegal substances in his system, was not armed yet was shot three times with a shotgun at close range.”

No matter where you fall on this particular incident, it’s clear this whole thing is a huge mess. It seems the McMichaels were genuinely concerned about finding the individual who was responsible for the break-ins in their neighborhood and that’s admirable. However, they should’ve been minding their own business and allowed the police to handle it.

Instead, they took matters into their own hands and the situation escalated. It doesn’t mean there was any racist intent or anything of that sort, but the left will play it that way for sure.

Guess we’ll just have to wait and see what the facts reveal as the investigatioin continues.
