(Tea Party PAC) – “Squad” member Reps. Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar have been taking advantage of all their time in the spotlight this week to be complete and total raging antisemites as of course they always have been.
If you haven’t been following the saga, they’ve been playing the victim after a series of Trump tweets suggested they “go back” to wherever they came from if they dislike our country so much.
The president’s comments were warranted, of course.
All these congresswomen do is gripe about America and issue racist criticism of any American who supports our close ally in the Middle East, Israel.
They support the Palestinian terrorist organizations that regularly cite the utter distruction of the state of Israel as their mission statement!
Now, they’ve announced a pro-BDS resolution and a visit to Israel.
The Jerusalem Post reports:
US Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minnesota) put forth a new ‘pro-boycott’ resolution in Congress “affirming that all Americans have the right to participate in boycotts in pursuit of civil and human rights at home and abroad, as protected by the First Amendment to the Constitution.”
While the resolution does not mention the acronym BDS, it seems clear that this was a response to an anti-BDS resolution.
The freshman congresswomen has become a focal point of anti-Israel and antisemitic sentiment, following numerous controversial comments regarding Israel.
Omar’s resolution revealed on Wednesday, cosponsored by Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Michigan) and Rep. John Lewis (D-Georgia), seeks to oppose “unconstitutional legislative efforts to limit the use of boycotts to further civil rights at home and abroad,” and “urges Congress, States, and civil rights leaders from all communities to endeavor to preserve the freedom of advocacy for all by opposing anti-boycott resolutions and legislation.”
Well, if they want to travel to Israel, they’ll have to get through the decidedly pro-Israel Israeli government.
They didn’t really think this one out, did they?
Former Israeli Ambassador to the United States Daniel Ayalon told Elizabeth MacDonald this week on The Evening Edit that Rep. Ilhan Omar and Rep. Rashida Tlaib shouldn’t be allowed in the country, and he’s absolutely right.
“Every Democratic country has the right to deny entry by those who seek to destroy it,” Ayalon said.
He also called the lawmakers “racist and anti-Semitic” for, well, being just that.
