(Tea Party PAC) – While Joe Biden is set to be sworn into office as the 46th president of the United States next week, it appears that his vehement anti-gun agenda is already coming to fruition with the help of woke corporations before any legislation or executive orders have been passed.
It’s become quickly apparent that such corporations are fully on board with suppressing and censoring the views of the left’s ideological opponents now that they have no legal recourse to worry about with a Democrat-controlled federal government.
Buckle up, folks.
The Federalist reports that AR15.com, the largest forum for all things firearm on the internet, was inexplicably shut down by the hosting company GoDaddy.
“We’ve been booted from GoDaddy and are looking for an alternative solution,” the organization announced on Monday.
The massive web host claimed that AR15.com had violated their “terms of service”—isn’t that always the case?
WND notes that “The move aligns with Biden’s vow to put new limits on firearms, and, as demonstrated by his praise for [fmr. Texas Rep.] O’Rourke, advocate confiscation.”
O’Rourke, you may recall, gleefully declared “hell yes” the Democrats were going to take our AR-15s and other “assault rifles” when he was in the midst of his failed bid for presidency.
Biden has since suggested that O’Rourke, whose vehemently anti-2nd Amendment views earned him widespread criticism, should head up his gun control agenda.
“I’m gonna guarantee you this is not the last you’ve seen of this guy. You’re going to take care of the gun problem with me. You’re gonna to be the one who leads this effort,” Biden glowingly declared with his arm around O’Rourke (this was pre-social distancing, of course, when the notoriously touchy-feely former Vice President was still able to routinely flirt with serious breaches of personal space).
“I’m counting on you. I’m counting on you. We need you badly, the state needs you, the country needs you,” Biden said. “Thank you, thank you, thank you.”
GoDaddy told the Federalist that the gun forum “both promotes and encourages violence,” yet was unwilling to actually substantiate this with any examples.
This has been the go-to line for both Big Tech to shut down and silence President Donald Trump and his supporters and for the Democrats to preposterously attempt to impeach Trump in his final days in office.
Officials of AR15.com, thankfully, have already found a new home for their well-loved forum and that a transition should be taking place over a few days.
Parler, the free speech network booted from Amazon Web Services over the weekend over allegations they inadequately monitored calls to violence on the platform ahead of January 6th Capitol Hill chaos, is also in the process of moving to a more friendly hosting platform.
“Joe Biden has labored relentlessly for decades to reduce the Second Amendment to rubble,” executive vice president of the Second Amendment Foundation, Alan Gottlieb, noted of the President-elect’s vow to “defeat the NRA.”
“He may attack one group by name, but his goal is to crush the rights of every gun owner in our country.”
Gottlieb went on to explain that Biden, who has called for “unity,” is geared up to achieve the opposite with such attacks on our sacred rights.
“By attacking the Second Amendment Rights of 100 million Americans,” Gottlieb continued, “Biden is not bringing us together but dividing us further. If people take to the streets in protest, if violence occurs it will be his fault and he should be impeached for violating our constitutional rights and inciting violence. Maybe it is time to ban him from Twitter and Facebook!”
