(Tea Party PAC) – The chances of the high-profile folks involved in the creation of the proven false “Russian collusion” conspiracy theory against then-candidate and later President Donald Trump seeing some sort of jail time for illegally spying on him and trying to sway the election through this ruse is pretty slim to none.
Let’s face it. Our justice system is broken and tends to favor the rich and politically connected.
However, according to a new report from WND, justice might be kind of served through a civil lawsuit by President Trump against Hillary Clinton, which could result in a lot of answers concerning the issue being released to the public.
“Already, declassified documents have confirmed that then-CIA Director John Brennan, back when Barack Obama was in the White House, briefed him on Hillary Clinton’s purported plan to tie Donald Trump to Russia as ‘a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server,'” the report revealed.

Fox News has also confirmed that these revelations came out of documents which were declassified under President Trump, by Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe.
“Brennan’s handwritten notes went to congressional investigators, and showed U.S. intelligence officials forwarded an investigative referral on Russian intelligence indicating Clinton approved ‘a plan concerning U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russian hackers hampering U.S. elections’ in order to distract the public from her own email scandal,” WND said.
Just the News has now revealed that President Trump filed a civil lawsuit on Thursday against Hillary Clinton and several other Democrats going on to allege “they attempted to rig the 2016 presidential election by creating a false narrative that tied his campaign to Russia.”
“Acting in concert, the defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty,” the lawsuit, which besides Clinton names, the DNC, Perkins Coie, Michael Sussman, Marc Elias, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Jake Sullivan, John Podesta, Fusion GPS, Glenn Simpson, Nellie Ohr, Bruce Ohr, Christopher Steele, Igor Danchenko, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Kevin Clinesmith, Andrew McCabe and others, went on to say.
Trump also alleges “racketeering” and a “conspiracy to commit injurious falsehood.”
The complaint in the lawsuit claims that the falsehoods were cooked up by the Democratic National Committee, along with Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign, which led to a an “unfounded” federal investigation and a media feeding “frenzy.”
“Under the guise of ‘opposition research,’ ‘data analytics,’ and other political stratagems, the defendants nefariously sought to sway the public’s trust. They worked together with a single, self-serving purpose: to vilify Donald J. Trump,” the case brought by Trump, who easily defeated Clinton in the 2016 race, went on to state.
Just The News also reported, “According to the suit, the plan by the Clinton campaign and associated Democrats was to leak to the FBI and media a series of falsified reports alleging connections between the Trump campaign and Moscow. When those reports – examples of which include the famous (and debunked) Steele Dossier – were proven false, operatives and associates of the Clinton camp bugged and hacked Trump Tower in an attempt to manipulate data and show a ‘back-channel’ between Trump and Russia.”
The filing, which tops out at 108-pages, says that Clinton and her cohorts orchestrated an unthinkable plot – one that shocks the conscience and is an affront to this nation’s democracy” by “acting in concert” to “weave a false narrative” about Trump.
The complaint also charges that the FBI, “relying on the defendants’ fraudulent evidence – commenced a large-scale investigation and expended precious time, resources and taxpayer dollars looking into the spurious allegations.”
“The false claims were kept alive by those who were ‘well-placed’ in the DOJ and FBI, including ‘James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Kevin Clinesmith, and Bruce Ohr,'” the report continued.
“Special counsel John Durham currently is investigating the collusion campaign, and already has obtained a guilty plea from Clinesmith for altering evidence. Two others have already been charged with lying,” WND’s report said.
Just The News then explained, “The former president is seeking both compensatory and punitive damages. Trump alleges that he was ‘forced to incur expenses in an amount to be determined at trial, but known to be in excess of twenty-four million dollars ($24,000,000) and continuing to accrue, in the form of defense costs, legal fees, and related expenses.'”
“Shortly before Trump left office, WND reported, Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, announced his desire to have Barack Obama, Joe Biden, James Comey and others come before the Senate Judiciary Committee and testify under oath about a January 2017 White House meeting at the center of the Obama administration’s Trump-Russia collusion probe,” the report said.
“The people who broke the law need to be prosecuted, and they need to go to jail,” Cruz in a “John Solomon Reports” podcast reported by Just the News, went on to state.
Sen. Cruz then said that, “The Obama-Biden administration had embedded hard partisans within law enforcement that continued to wage a never-ending attack on the president and to be willing to lie, cheat and steal to do it.”
“Cruz noted that fired FBI Director James Comey, former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, former CIA Director John Brennan, Biden and Obama ‘were intimately involved,'” the report from WND stated.
Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into claims made by Democrats that Donald Trump’s presidential campaign was working with Russia to sway the election in his favor debunked the whole mess.
Now there is new evidence that has emerged that seems to indicate the Steele dossier, which was funded by Hillary Clinton and was the documentation used to create the collusion claims in the first place, might have been filled with Russian disinformation.
A Clinton telling lies? Get out of town!
“It was Real Clear Investigations that reported the Clinton campaign’s hoax was to convince the federal government to investigate, and then leak ‘damaging’ information to the media,” the report continued.
The report went on to say that emails have uncovered that Clinton operatives knew the links that were created between Trump and Russia were “weak,” even going on to describe then as a “red herring,” but decided to give them to investigators anyway.
“Anti-Trump activists inside the federal government eventually used faked evidence to convince the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court in Washington to authorize spying on members of Trump’s campaign,” the report added.
“This was a highly sophisticated operation using enablers in both the media and federal agencies,” George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley went on to tell Real Clear Investigations.
Again, we will not likely see Hillary Clinton behind bars, which is where she needs to be, not only because of what happened in 2016 with Trump, but also because of the role she played in the Benghazi situation and its attempted cover up.
However, if Trump is successful in his lawsuit, perhaps at least the truth will be made known and people will know never to trust a Clinton again.
