(Tea Party PAC) – When Russian President Vladimir Putin made the decision to invade Ukraine, he did so with the impression that he would have the support of the Ukrainian people who are fed up with the corruption of their government. Whether or not Putin does have the support of the Ukrainian people is irrelevant now, however, since Ukraine has the support of the US.

The point is, Putin is not a mad man.

Now Russia has released a list of four demands it’s calling preconditions to end the invasion. Putin didn’t set out to cause massive bloodshed and World War III, despite what the establishment media says.

Reuters reports that a Kremlin spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, released the terms on Monday.

First, Peskov said, Ukraine must end all military action. Second, Russia wants Ukraine to recognize Crimea as Russian territory.

As The Western Journal reports, “Russia forcibly annexed Crimea in 2014, seizing the region of southern Ukraine in response to growing pro-NATO and European Union sentiment in the former Soviet republic.”

Third, Ukraine must recognize two regions of its territory as independent countries, following Russia’s recognition of the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Luhansk People’s Republic last month.

Putin has a lot of support in these regions and pro-Russia secessionist groups control population centers within these two regions of Eastern Ukraine. There has been conflict there since 2014 over this issue.

Should Ukraine agree, the move could lead to eventual Russian annexation of Donetsk and Luhansk. Which a majority of the people in these regions may very well support.

“We have also spoken about how they should recognize that Crimea is Russian territory and that they need to recognize that Donetsk and Lugansk are independent states,” Peskov told Reuters in a telephone interview.

Lastly, Russia wants Ukraine to amend its constitution to prohibit the country from pursuing NATO membership.

“They should make amendments to the constitution according to which Ukraine would reject any aims to enter any bloc,” Peskov said.

“And that’s it. It will stop in a moment,” he said, and asserted that Ukraine is aware of the conditions.

The list comes as Russian and Ukrainian diplomats begin a new round of talks at the border of Belarus and Poland.

Given the lofty expectations of Russia, some Ukrainian leaders, including former President Petro Poroshenko, are not optimistic that the negotiations will accomplish anything.

Ukraine would have to agree to violate their own sovereignty in order to appease Russia and it doesn’t look like they are about to do that, no matter how much support Ukrainians show for the terms.

The entire conflict is so much more than what it seems and is not what the mainstream media has made it out to be. After six years of non-stop lying to the American people, do we really believe the establishment media has suddenly decided to report the news truthfully?

Just like COVID, we have to think for ourselves and question the narrative. This conflict and the US taking up for Ukraine is serving a much bigger agenda.
