(Tea Party PAC) – When Chris Wallace left Fox News and headed over to CNN, no one was surprised. Wallace wasn’t all that popular on Fox and that’s because viewers could clearly see his loyalty to the left and were turned off by it.
Finding a home at CNN was the only appropriate move for Wallace, however, since landing with the notorious fake news outlet, Wallace has reportedly been disgruntled.
Good for him.
On her Friday Sirius XM show, host and former Fox News anchor, Megyn Kelly warned Wallace that he ought not to think he’s going to have an easy time at CNN.
Kelly explained to radio host Buck Sexton that she had considered making the move from Fox to CNN but ended up going a different route with a daytime show on NBC.
Despite that show’s failure, Kelly pointed out that had she gone to CNN it would have been that much worse, considering the network’s poor ratings.
“I considered going to CNN,” Kelly revealed.
“CNN made me a huge offer, huge, [by] Jeff Zucker. And I said no, Buck, because I knew — who’s my fanbase going to be over there?
“I knew who my fans were, and I knew that my Fox viewers were not going to follow me to CNN and that the CNN viewers were going to hate my guts,” she continued.
“So I decided to sort of get out of the politics game and go do morning TV and try to do something that was more Oprahesque.”
“But I understood switching political ships was not going to lead to success either,” she added. “And I can see [Wallace] suffering from that very problem right now.”
Kelly knows all too well what Wallace is going through. Back in the 2016 election cycle, Kelly made it clear she was no fan of Donald Trump’s. This came to a head during their famous debate exchange:

Wallace too has never been shy about making it known he isn’t a fan of President Trump’s. He tried to convey to Fox News network executives that he wasn’t happy with the network’s commentary hosts — particularly Tucker Carlson and his “Patriot Purge” documentary about the Jan. 6 Capitol incident.
After he left Fox for CNN’s new streaming service, CNN+, he revealed during an interview that he found the situation at Fox to be “unsustainable.”
“I’m fine with opinion: conservative opinion, liberal opinion,” Wallace told the New York Times in March.
“But when people start to question the truth — Who won the 2020 election? Was Jan. 6 an insurrection? — I found that unsustainable. I spent a lot of 2021 looking to see if there was a different place for me to do my job.”
Wallace is a leftist through and through.
Sexton noted to Kelly that Wallace’s plan wasn’t the smartest.
“In what world is Chris Wallace going to CNN because it’s so ethical and journalistic? I think he’s delusional,” Sexton said.
Kelly pointed out that it really didn’t matter since the streaming network has virtually no one watching.
“Who is the moron at CNN who actually thought ‘you know what we need with our ratings in the toilet? More of us,’” Kelly said.
“We need more CNN. There’s more appetite for these anchors who no one will watch when it’s free — well ish — in primetime, and they’re gonna pay extra out of their pocket to watch them cook or talk about books or interview people who are about 200 years old.”
Add to that the fact that Wallace was never particularly popular at Fox either. Kelly noted that he was “in last place, every week, every year, every month, he was always last.”
Wallace has been riding the coattails of his famous father, legendary CBS news journalist Mike Wallace, but has never been able to find the same kind of success. People just don’t like him and it could be because he worked for Fox News for so long while clearly being a leftist activist.

Wallace is delusional if he thinks that CNN viewers are going to embrace him. After working for Fox News for so long, they hate him and they always will, no matter how obviously left he actually is.
