These 26 States Likely Would Restrict Abortion If Roe V. Wade Overturned

(Tea Party PAC) – According to a report from WND, if the U.S. Supreme Court ends up overturning Roe v. Wade as the leaked draft opinion from Associate Justice Samuel Alito seems to indicate, any restrictions on the evil and vile practice of abortion would then be left up to the states.

If that happens, a total of 26 states are likely to restrict abortion, according to information gleaned from the Guttmacher Institute. This includes 22 states having anti-abortion laws that would then be reinstated as soon as the Roe decision was rejected.

“The 22 states, the New York Post reported, are Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming,” the report said.

There are another four GOP-controlled states that are currently on the cusp of passing laws that would restrict the murder of the unborn such as Indiana, Montana, Nebraska, and Florida.

The Post then went on to report that in the wake of this massive leak, lawmakers in several other states are already planning to propose more restrictions on abortion.

Judge Alito stated in the draft of the SCOTUS opinion in a case that challenges Mississippi’s restrictions on abortion after 15 weeks, that Roe “was egregiously wrong from the start.”

“In Georgia, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported, Republicans are discussing having Republican Gov. Brian Kemp call a special session of the Georgia General Assembly to impose further restrictions, beyond the state’s 2019 ‘heartbeat bill,'” the report stated.

The Georgia law is, as of now, on hold after being struck down by a federal court.

However, if the Roe decision is overturned, the state’s ban on abortions after six weeks would then go into effect. The Post then stated in its report that even more strict measures could then be passed, which might include a total ban on abortion in the state.

Which, for those of us who are pro-life, is the ultimate goal, right? It should be common sense, but murder of any kind should always be totally illegal.

“Abortion, meanwhile, is protected in 16 states and the District of Columbia. And if Roe is overturned, California is considering making the state an ‘abortion sanctuary,” the report stated.

What crime could be more morally reprehensible than a mother murdering her own child? Whenever a kid is murdered by their mom after it has been born, people of all political stripes demand justice for such a horrific crime, as they rightfully should.

But it’s suddenly okay to kill that child if it is still in the womb. That makes zero sense. We all know spiritually, psychologically, and scientifically that life begins at conception. Abortion is always the murder of an innocent child. There’s no way around that fact.

What the left really wants to do is destroy the family unit, as that stands in their way of completely taking control of our society. The family is the backbone of the country. As long as it is in place, the government is not needed for basic care, which means they have less power to rule over others.

One of the main reasons folks got married was so that if they had sex and ended up pregnant, they could raise the child together in a family. What better way to destroy the family than to erase the need for marriage to begin with.

You can now have sex, consequence free, all you want. If you get pregnant, just kill the kid and keep on living your life the way you want. No need to chain yourself to a person through marriage in order to care for a baby you don’t want.

It is sickening and disturbing, but nonetheless, it’s true.
