(Tea Party PAC) – The Democrats know they have no chance of retaining control of the Senate and the House after the 2022 midterm elections. They know Biden didn’t even legitimately win the White House and that the only way for them to maintain control is by cheating.
Their shenanigans come in many shapes and sizes and some are more easily recognizable than others. The most desperate attempt yet has been their push to bar Republican candidates from the ballot altogether by insisting they took part in the Jan. 6, 2021 “insurrection” and are thus not eligible.
Radical left Democrats in Wisconsin are demanding that election judges remove Wisconsin Republicans Sen. Ron Johnson and Reps. Tom Tiffany and Scott Fitzgerald from the ballot for the upcoming 2022 midterm elections.
The Epoch Times reports that the leftists are claiming in a lawsuit that the three Republicans running for re-election “used their public positions of authority to illegally foment an atmosphere meant to intimidate and pressure Vice President [Mike] Pence and Congress to take actions inconsistent with the facts and with their duties under the Electoral Count Act and the U.S. Constitution.”
As you recall, Pence refused to entertain any idea that he held the power to intervene, despite countless individuals raising concerns over the fraudulent results, upsetting many Americans.
Even though the election was clearly rigged and there was ample evidence suggesting fraudulent activity had taken place in several key states, Pence maintains that he’s “proud” of his actions that day. I wonder if he’s “proud” of the destruction the Biden regime has carried out since taking over?
The reality is that millions of Americans, tens of millions of Americans, expressed major concerns about the 2020 election then and are still not convinced Joe Biden is the legitimate president today.
The Jan. 6 incident, which was an orchestrated, staged event put on by the FBI for the sole purpose of demonizing Trump supporters, has been used relentlessly by the Democrats to attack political opponents. This was always the plan, of course.
So it should come as no surprise that these Wisconsin Democrats are using the so-called “insurrection” as a means to block their opponents from getting on the ballot altogether.
They are hoping to convince a court that the three Republicans took part in organizing the “insurrection” on Jan. 6 despite the fact that not a single American has been charged with “insurrection,” “treason,” or “sedition” in the time since.
Democrats are attempting to use the 14th Amendment as justification for their claims that these Republicans should be ineligible for re-election all because they have each expressed doubt over the integrity of the 2020 election.
As The Western Journal points out, “Section 3 of the 14th Amendment was designed in the aftermath of the Civil War to prevent congressmen who fought for the Confederacy from returning to Congress. The concept was that those who fought in an insurrection against the federal government and lost did not have a lawful right to simply return to their positions of power inside the federal government.”
“No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress,” the Amendment reads in part, who “shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the United States.”
Democrats are relying on the court asserting that the Jan. 6 incident was an “insurrection” even though there is absolutely no evidence to support such an assertion.
Democrats in North Carolina tried this move on Rep. Madison Cawthorn but a federal judge put a stop to the chicanery and blocked the move.
Democrats will stop at nothing to rob Americans of our right to fair and free elections.
